I received a call within a reasonable time. He came out that day and looked at the damage and maybe cause. He came back in a few days with an estimate and explained what he would be doing and the price. He and his crew worked about a week cleaning, drying the basement out, putting down a sealant and caulking some holes. The moved what needed to be moved and made sure I was satisfied with the work.

It took several days to get the job done, but they checked every detail. They were always on time, the equipment was modern and clean. Overall a first rate job!
