How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because of a water damage claim to my own home that was damaged by a storm. Lightning had struck our home in multiple places and we were unaware of it until another storm came through and water came pouring out of our ceiling. The company's owner offered me the opportunity to work for his company and learn the business. I am so thankful to him and the opportunity that has led me down this path. My wife Andrea and I are proud parents of two and are Hall County residents. We look forward to serving our community and surrounding areas by bringing our clients the best customer service that this service industry has to offer. And by being a small, independent, locally owned business owners; we are able to guarantee our work and make sure that attention to details will be our top priority. .

I received a call within a reasonable time. He came out that day and looked at the damage and maybe cause. He came back in a few days with an estimate and explained what he would be doing and the price. He and his crew worked about a week cleaning, drying the basement out, putting down a sealant and caulking some holes. The moved what needed to be moved and made sure I was satisfied with the work.

John Barber and his team responded promptly to restore a water damaged basement. He and his team were completely professional and thorough. It took several days to get the job done, but they checked every detail. They were always on time, the equipment was modern and clean. Overall a first rate job!
