They do not clean anything they can not reach. They do not move anything to dust and if they mopped my floors they did a poor job.

ENC cleaned our home prior to our return after a 4 month absence. I arranged the cleaning over the phone so there were some challenges in getting the check to them. They arrived on time & finished in the stated time and did a nice job. However, whatever they used on the shower door has left a streaked film that doesn't wash off. Also, they failed to clean the ceiling fan in the kitchen which is FILTHY after 4 months away-- otherwise did a good job.
