I had a phantom water leak which amounted to water spreading out from an unknown source on to our concrete patio. The amount was really negligible, but a water leak is a water leak. I had Andy come and inspect the crawl space and he found that an open copper pipe resting against one of the screens venting the crawl space was the source. He did what I needed him to do and I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.

I chose to do a pre-listing inspection to avoid any surprises and I'm so glad I chose Engineered Inspection Services! I was able to easily book online, and it's amazing having my inspection report available digitally. Andy was very easy to work with and identified a leak in the crawlspace that I never would have caught. When the time comes to inspect my next house, I plan to use EIG again.

Andy did an extremely thorough inspection of the house we ended up buying. He explained in detail with pictures all the issues and potential issues with the house. EIG did a phenomenal job and really made us feel as though we made the right decision with our home. I will be recommending EIG to all of my friends and family.
