Their 100% involvement in the project as well as being readily available helped to make the remodel process a smooth transition. Highly principled with integrity in billing helped to make the project an excellent value for the money spent. A true professional, in the highest sense. Eric is very professional. Not only does he show a large amount of expertise in the area of architecture design/CADD, he also exuberates a very personal touch to the service he provides. I highly recommend Eric!!

It was such a pleasure to work with Eric. Through his design, I was able to realize much more space and function that I thought possible in my small house. He was very collaborative in incorporating my ideas and material choices into the design. His construction documents were extremely detailed and easy for my contractor to follow. He was always available to answer questions and made frequent site visits to make sure the project went smoothly. Overall, I am so glad to have hired Eric for my project because I ended up with a fabulous master suite.

Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we understood the phases of a major remodel and all of the associated considerations with each phase. I would certainly recommed him.

This was a relatively small project as architectural services might apply, and we thought perhaps we were using a cannon on a mosquito, but by engaging Eric Rohlfing on the job and paying his fee, we finally had a concrete plan for moving ahead. He spent time with us on understanding details of the drawings and renderings he gave us. I would imagine that we will save the cost of his fee just in the time of job execution alone. Since we could bring in the tradesmen and show them the plans, everybody was addressing the same program. We could all discuss the actual problems faced because drawings were detailed but flexible.
