The work requested was not finished to our satisfaction. The sealing of the roof and work in the bedroom/bathroom was very good; however, the floor job in the living room was not satisfactory. We asked him to put in a new floor but only one part of the floor was reenforced while you could put your foot thru the other part. He then covered it with carpeting. The trim put up on the wall was NOT cut with a saw but broken off. A hole was punched in the wall so he covered it with some trim. When I removed the trim because it looked terrible, I found the hole. Also, I called him to come back and fix things and he never showed up. My husbands drill and some wrenches were missing. We looked all over for them. The gentleman who worked with him had very satisfactory work. I would think if you are coming to do home improvement, you would bring the tools necessary to do a good job. I would not hire him again!

This prof was so amazing at working to deliver the quality we exp crowd as well he demanded of himself. My daughter was so impressed with him she asked if we could make him our food toâ person for all our home issues now and in the future. His level of communication was stellar, his cost very affordable and he was very honest.

Eric was very prompt in responding to my enquiry and was ready to get to work. He installed a utility sink in the garage. There are no leaks and it is draining well. His labor fee was very fair.
