They came out right away and did a decent job with the acutal job but they didn't get back to me in the time frame stated wtih the results and I had to follow up a couple of times to find out what the outcome was. That is hardly something that I would deem acceptable when you may be dealing with asbestos.

Overall was a great experience as they were able to answer all of my questions and quickly returned my calls. There was a slight delay in my results, however that was due to a lab mix-up and I don't believe it was the fault of envirocheck

Envirocheck is not part of the remediation process. They give a very detailed report on what they would recommend, although some things in the report make me realize that they are definitely NOT the ones that do the remediation. They are almost too thorough I think. Like, checking my toilets b/c I have mold along my attic soffit. ??? They told me how to get rid of the mold, but the specialist that came here was not a roofer, so he still wasn't certain how the mold started. Definitely call a remediation team to do the investigating.
