Great Experience from the start with this company. First call to them they were out to my house the same day. Brandon was very professional. Following day had quote. Amazing how quick they were. Had new TV's up and mounted and Comcast hooked up about 3 days later. Also had both wifi extenders mounted so our Wifi worked better in some areas in our home. To top it off since I live out of town they asked if I would be willing to FaceTime with them so they could show me their work. First Class Company...

I utilized these folks twice over a two week period. The first technician Brian was very knowledgeable, installed a large screen TV on our stand, and charged a fair fee for his two hours work of some $ 160. The second tech Jake came yesterday to hang a 48" TV on a wall, route Ethernet cables and speaker cables through our attic. He did a VERY professional job hanging the TV, but said he could not route the Ethernet nor speaker cables through our attic. He tried to route them under the rug unsuccessfully. So just left those two jobs undone by loosely lying the speaker cables all along our baseboards. Not attractive, quite unsightly. For the Ethernet hard wire he suggested just using a wireless local booster, which was a simple just OK alternative we already had considered. Disappointing that I was charged $ 444 for only 1 1/2 hours in my home and 2 out of 3 jobs not accomplished. He sat in his truck for over one hour awaiting billing advice for the hanger from his Naples office - hope I wasn't charged for that time !Included in that bill was a simple flat to wall hanger, worth perhaps $ 50-75 and I supplied the wiring. So mixed impressions here - BE SURE TO NAIL DOWN THEIR WIDELY VARYING HOURLY RATE IN ADVANCE.... Appears the second tech charged me some $ 200 PER HOUR !

I hate these reviews. If there is a problem you will hear about it. Don't waste my time .

They were very responsive and had a great solution to a problem I thought was going to be more difficult and expensive to solve. The only reason I didn't give them all 5's is because the problem was solved 95%, which is better than it was. I would call them again if the need arises.

These guys are simply the best at what they do that I have ever worked with. They show up on time and stay till it's done.

I hired EPIC to install a wall mount I owned, mount the 39" TV and to move a cable and electrical outlet to provide the service. They brought a separate electrician and informed me that they did not have the right tools to do the entire job and that the project would well exceed $500. As it was, they moved the cable outlet 40 inches in the wall, no electrical work, and collectively charged me $320.

I thought the price was fair and Brian was knowledgable

I am no further in this project. The tech did not have the correct tools. The tech said he didn't know how the builder had wired it so couldn't figure out how to complete it. I am frustrated! I did pay the bill and do not have what I paid them to do!
