Do not hire them for hardscaping or masonry. He botched my porch job and will not respond to my inquiries to fix it, even though he guaranteed his work for 5 years. I have reached out multiple times since March. It is now almost October. His job caused rainwater to leach into my porch deteriorate my Formica foundation, and he cares not to fix it. Reputation is everything. He was also a poor communicator during the process and said he would come back to touch up the step which he never did.

They did an excellent job installing a new paver walkway and raised front patio. Getting lots of compliments from my neighbors. Easy to work with. Fast response to messages. Beautiful workmanship. Cleaned up the area. No damage to my plants. They know their stuff. Would hire again for future projects . Highly recommend them.

Interlocking Pavers for Driveways & Floors Installation
I hired this company to fix retaining wall with new steps along with new walkways and a new patio. Job was done in two phases. At first the owner Eric was very friendly but after job was completed and after having two different Foreman on job we had some construction issues which they fixed. I was given a 5 year guarantee on job and now have issues again. They do not respond or come out to see what the problem is. Now there is someone new running company and to date they don't seem like they are honoring my contract. Going to look for someone to fix these problems. I would not recommend this company to do anything.

This is the second time I hired EP landscaping. This project was to remove my old deck and replace with a bluestone patio, fire pit area and bamboo fencing. The end result was simply amazing. Eric and his team do high quality work but the truly great thing about this company is the dedication to satisfying the customer. Towards the end of the build my wife and I were not happy how the fence came out. It was too low to the ground and not to our specifications. Eric came out and removed the fence, rebuilt it and made it right. He also fixed some other minor issues with the stone work. I am a true believer that the character of a company is how they take care of you after the sale is complete and Eric has proven he is a man of honor and stands by his exceptional work. If you are thinking of getting any hardscaping done this is the go to company. I look forward to working with them on my next project.

Eric, the owner was professional with a personal touch. His crew was also very respectful of our property. The project was conducted as agreed, on time and well within competitor quotes. We love our much awaited for walkway and enhanced porch area. We would definitely use EPL for other projects.

We had a great experience with EP Landscaping. Eric and his team {Chris, Zac and Ismeal} did a great job on our patio and walls. Eric gave great ideas on how the patio and walls would work the best. he also made sure that we know exactly what was going on and if any changes needed to be made. I will definitely recommend EP landscaping to others.

Eric the owner never completed a job a refused to return down payment. He does not have experienced employees; sent a tile guy out to replace the patio

"John attempted to contract our company for his project. We agreed on a scope within his budget, attempting to accommodate his needs. When my foreman arrived at his property, John attempt to convince him to expand the scope significantly and have it included in the contracted cost. He was refunded the unused portion of his deposit. The customer decide not to proceed when he understood he would not be getting the added work for free."

Eric and his crew are great and by far the most responsive contractor I have worked with on items like this. Eric could tell immediately that I am the type of person who likes to be informed - not micromanage but just informed - of whats going on. He called me every day the guys were working just to chat with me about what was going on. He was clear about his goals and was honest about how work was going. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there were a few miscommunication here and there. Nothing major at all, but likely things that could have been avoided. I would absolutely recommend them for folks in the market for patios/sidewalks/etc and if I do any other work of this nature they will be the first people I contact.

Great quality, great responsiveness and communication throughout the project. We hired EP for a stair improvement in our common area of our condos and they made the update and repaired the faulty stairs for us. I would hire them again based on the excellent service and professionalism we received with this job. Definitely recommend them.

After bidding out our paver patio project to five companies, we decided to utilize the services of EP. Owner Eric communicates concepts, suggestions and terms in a very clear and concise manner. He was specifically thoughtful to caution that the demolition site gives no indication of the final product. This is important to note and Eric's proactive warning is indicative of his experience with invested homeowners. Lead by site manager Brendan, the EP workers were extremely respectful, courteous and very pleasant. The project was completed on budget and before schedule. We will use them again.

Eric --- is quick to respond to any question we had, and his crew was easy to work with. They also did a "great job" on our new patio. They show up on time, worked hard, and resolved unforseeen issues with creative solutions. The best part of the job was it completed as scheduled and at the price agreed upon. Already talking to Eric about additional work.
