Owner, Steve Blakey, is a retired Sheriff Deputy and Florida native who currently resides in Lakeland. His transition from Deputy to Damage Restoration was easy - he wanted to continue helping the community and realized that being able to save customers homes and possessions from Water damage and Mold, was just as satisfying, yet much less dangerous.. "Mr. Lamaster, All we do is take the air samples and send them to the lab for your results. The results are looked at by Certified lab technicians. We can not dictate the outcome of the results or make any promises. It is a scientific process that is widely used in the market. The cost of $300 is extremely low when considering the overnight fed ex charges, the lab fees and the equipment used to get the samples, as well as drive time and gas.. If I remember correctly I was at your door the same day or very next day after we discussed the job. I gave you and your wife information on how to prevent and correct any issues so you would not have to spend money hiring a remediation company to do it. If you had an issue with anything I would have sincerely done what I could to rectify it. I have 5 star ratings because I work hard to keep my customers happy. Your 1 star affects my business and how I feed my family. If you feel my service was not of high standards or if I did not do something that I said I would then by all means keep the 1 star, but if you could remember our conversations and that I was prompt and did exactly as I stated, I would appreciate you removing the negative rating. As I said it does affect business and if you feel it is deserved then leave it. The price is the going rate, Actually a little cheaper and I do not have any hidden charges likes some others do. Thank you for your business."
