They came out did the job but did not come back to do repairs

My old driveway had cracks, grass and was sloped to actually have water run toward the house. They came in took and disposed of the old asphalt and put in a new driveway and it looks great as well as water run off was corrected. I would recomed them for any driveway project.

I spoke with the owner about the job he came in lower on the price than I expected and was very informative about what he was going to do.I would definitely recommend this company to others also he got the job done sooner than I thought.

I do not want to write a negative review. I am waiting to hear from them and they are telling me they are going to correct everything. As soon as they do that I will change this review. Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review because they said they were going to come and they did not as of this time which is over a month and I am still waiting. The quality of the work is poor and the areas that need replacing are getting worse. A man named Brian was very nice but still has not kept his promises. Even my neighbors are commenting on how the whole job has deteriorated. This needs to be corrected.

Everything about this company was five stars very impressed. Driveway looks amazing.

Jason was pleasant to work with. They showed up when stated. We were pleased with the way the driveway came out.

Excellent verbal convincing to sell the service. It is too bad that it is not reflected in post-work customer relations. We been calling Joson Silva since May (5month ago) every time promising to come in few days but NEVER show up. Up to now I will not recommend their service. I may change this recommendation if he ever shows up.

Jason was very responsive when we first spoke, gave us a very competitive price and showed up when promised. When we arrived home on the evening of our paving project, we were very pleased to see the excellent work he and his crew did on our driveway and parking area. Today, it is raining and the water is draining off the driveway exactly as it should towards the street. Highly recommend.

Asphalt Driveway Installation and Greenhouse Excavation and Site Prep I reached out to E Paving via Angies List. Jason replied promptly after I had reached out to several companies. He booked an estimate and showed up when he said he would. We met on Saturday, and he was able to do the job that Monday for a competitive price. Jason and his team paved a 4 car driveway and shed area. In addition, he and his team helped dig a 16 x24 area for a greenhouse, with a trench for an air exchange system. He was accommodating and delivered what was promised. The paving looks great, and I hope it will stand the test of time - confidently covered by a 2-year warranty. Overall, a very positive experience. I recommend E Paving for your asphalt needs! UPDATE 1/16/20. I wrote a previous glowing review because my initial experience was very positive. Subsequently, after the work was done, I discovered the grading was not correct, and there is now a big puddle in the middle of my driveway. This will be a sheet of ice in the winter, presenting a serious risk of injury to me and my family. I have reached out several times to Jason who has been barely responsive, and provided false assurances that he would repair the sink spot as soon as possible. Given his lack of follow-up or action, he appears to not have any intention of repairing his work. What a bummer. I did nothing but treat Jason and his workers right. Preparing the area for a smooth day of operation, pitching-in to help, providing lunch, giving his non-English-speaking workers a tip. I was a pleasant and accommodating customer. I did not even complain about cleaning up the trash they left behind or the repair work I had to do on the overhang support column that was damaged with the paver machine. I paid them promptly and even wrote 2 positive reviews right after work. Jason is not honoring the warranty and has left us in a bad spot. We are stuck and will most likely need to bring in another company to repair the grading failure. It is important that future customers are aware of this and proceed with caution. My recommendation is that you closely monitor the work, and hold your money back until after you confirm the grading and quality are as expected.

They suggested putting in a cape cod curb for my edging, which I had never heard of not being from here but we really like it and we are adding a cap to it and will work perfect.

Hired E Paving back on April 16, 2020 to pave my driveway. After a couple of weeks we noticed that the drive way is already cracking, it is completely uneven and the asphalt is coming apart. Have reached out to J. , the owner several times and on my first attempt he said he would come out and take a look and never showed up. Attempted to reach out several other times and no response. I would think twice before hiring this company.

Did the job in a fraction of the time expected. A large crew was used to complete all work from tear out old drive way, laying down, rollimg out and leveling off the gravel underlayment . The asphalting was machine placed to specification. All and all beautiful work.

E paving was great. I was Not sure they were coming on Friday or ever. My three direct inquiries to home advisor went unanswered It will be a Long Time before i use home advisor again, if ever

The work crew were very good. I had a slight problem with the grading and my side door and the crew brought it to my attention so we were able to get it straightened out with no problems. Jason was there on time and made sure everything was as I requested. I would definitely recommend this firm.

I would give them 6 stars. They would be asking for reassurance the project was getting done the way I wanted. Even help with additional work to ensure I was getting what I wanted.

Jason did everything he said just like he said it !!! He showed up as he promised to give me a quote , he showed up as he promised to complete the job and he completed the job as he promised ! I wish I had more driveways to hire him and his company!! :-) THANK YOU

I interviewed a few companies before hiring e paving. They did everything they said they would do. They exceeded every expectation. The work crew was excellent, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. The owner also showed up at the worksite to check in as well. I would absolutely recommend that if you have a paving need, you owe it to yourself to call them

I got a good estimate to install a new driveway which included removal of the old one. The crew worked hard and completed it the same day. Several months later I noticed some sections where the gravel base was noticeable. I called the company and notified them. They were quick to respond and came back to repair those sections. The company stands by their work and I would use them again in the future.

Jason is by far the BEST. Responds quickly and scheduled the driveway to get done within a few days. A full crew arrived on time and worked together so perfectly and they were done in under 2 hours. Most impressive is the detail given for perfect, straight, clean edges. Wish I could post a picture. You would know instantly that Jason is the man you want for the job. I have looked at work done by other places and what stood out to me right away is the jagged, messy edges that were such an eyesore to the completed job. With Jason, you will receive total perfection and a driveway you will feel proud of. His pricing was more than fair and better than the other quotes I was given. An important note I specifically want to add is one of his character. His honesty won me over. I thought for sure my only option was the more expensive route. He did not take advantage of that. Instead, he explained why it was not necessary and gave me options. Proof Positive he is a man to be trusted. I am over the top happy with how beautiful my driveway looks and highly recommend him. You will be so glad you hired him. A shame I can only give a 5 star rating. So, I will end this with my personal rating of 5 stars times a thousand. Yes, his work is worth that and then some!!!

Unprofessional experience with a complete driveway replacement! Jason quoted us a price and a week later knocked on our door lowering the price if he replaced the driveway that day. A VERY bad decision on our part. Machinery did not end up working, ground was wet but they insisted it would be fine even as the workers were using their feet to push it down. We waited two weeks to drive on it to be sure as it did not look like it was properly done and once we did our cars began to sink into the driveway, even soccer mom chairs. based on the pictures (they did not take the time to come out to see it) they confirmed it was a bad mix, had been refunded by the supply company and it needed to be replaced. After weeks of chasing them down and promises they would be here they were consistently a no show on several occasions with every excuse imaginable. Weeks later they finally showed up only after we said we were not chasing them any longer. They committed to tear out and replace the driveway but when they arrived they tried to back out of it and say it wasn't that bad and wanted to put another coat when our cars were still sinking into it in different spots almost two months later. We are very reasonable people and gave them countless opportunities to fix it. I have discovered through the post office that this business address isn't a valid address in Massachusetts. I think your site should further investigate. Thank you. Recommended? No
