Wow! Woke up to the coldest day of the year at 23 degrees and a loud noise, plus a terrible burning odor. Worst of all, no heat! Our heater died on the coldest day ever! Brrrrrrr. Came out to fix an A/C drain that was clogged. Did a great job and I would highly recommend. Very fair, friendly and professional.

He explained that he'd have to search for the blockage, replace a part inside our heater, and use "expensive A/C Renew." We only paid for an evaluation and refrigerant removal, ~$79.00. The A/C Co. we had a contract with, which was not solving our problem, used A/C Renew and said it was cheap stuff. That partly solved the problem. A 3rd company replaced what is I think called a drier. That solved the problem. No one could really solve it alone but the 3 together did. Go figure.

Shawn Addy arrived at 8:30 am as scheduled. He was courteous and explained the problem, part that needed to be replaced and costs. Shawn was thorough and cleaned the inside and outside units. I will recommend your service to family and friends. Thanks ER Block! Our AC unit cranks like new!!!

Honest professional

Excellent workmanship but the ON/OFF switch to the adjoining water heater was accidently left in the OFF position so I had no hot water for awhile.
