The job was to inspect the chimney but all he did was look in the hole that you put the flew pipe in he didn't go up and look down the chimney he charged me 99 dollars just to do that job was incomplete

I used my phone to see the flue . It was his choice to call me to come inspect a simple one story block flue. Told him he needed a insulated thimble to his stove pipe.

I had a little trouble with scheduling but once that was straightened out they came on time. They ordered me a new chimney cover and came within two weeks to put it on and finish the cleaning.

Said we needed a lot of repairs that he seen while cleaning that came up to over $2,000. Called another chimney sweep for a second opinion before paying that much money out. He cleaned, inspected and said no issue. The 2nd guy has over 40 year of doing it and gets certified every year. When he cleaned it, he got almost a 5 gallon bucket of buildup out. ER chimney sweep cleaned it 2.5 weeks earlier and we hadn?t had a fire in it since ER said it needed all the repairs and we would burn the house. $99 didn?t get us a cleaning at all and if we wouldn?t have got a second opinion, out over $2,000. Would not recommend or trust them.

sir I believe you are being dishonest about the repairs, is I gave anyone a quote for repairs there are those problems, I take pictures of all my findings and show you your issues. ask if you want me to fix the issues. How come you don't give this other company name if they are certified and so great . just saying sounds fishy to me !!
