First company to respond to my call about a water leak in my closet. They worked with my insurance company during the claim process. Very friendly and professional group. Got the work done in a timely manner and looked good as new when done.

AAA hired ER Disaster Services, and they truly came to my rescue. After my builder, Legacy Homes of Willow Creek (MHP Builders), installed a damaged bathtub that ultimately failed, in this new house, water soaked the carpet, padding, and walls in my brand-new home I had to file a homeowner's insurance claim just to get the process moving, which was incredibly stressful. Thankfully, ER Disaster Services stepped in and handled everything properly. I had an amazing experience with the ER Disaster Team Jorge,Milton, Brandon, George, James and the Office Staff Karen, Chris. They were able to do my mitigation and my home repairs. They work with my insurance company to get the most repairs covered. Their response time is fast and get them job done very well. Looks like nothing never happened.
