Emil and his crew just finished a two-day cleaning, and sealing project on our back patios. Every step of the way it went perfectly. Emil explained the process thoroughly, and answered all my concerns. Communication was great, texting before their time of arrival and always keeping me well-informed. The finished product is beautiful. Their years of experience show in the results. I would use ER Grout & Tile Restoration if ever needed again, and I do recommend them highly.

I WENT OVER TO THE SO CALLED CLEAN TILE AND WIPED IT WITH A CLEAN RAG, TO MY SUPRISE IT CAME OUT DIRTY. i pointed this out to the owner who stated we cleaned this but you cant expect to get all the dirt. Buyer BE WARE, YOU CAN GET THE SAME JOB FOR TWO TIMES CHEEPER. THE OWNER DID REFUND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ON HIS ALREADY INFLATED PRICE. I GUESS I WILL NOW LOOK FOR A TILE CLEANER. JUST REMEMBER NO E.R.

One of the most professional contractor's i have used on my home. They checked all of the boxes, on time, neat clean, cleaned up before they left, courteous, polite, did what they said they could and would do. I would recommend to family and friends

I would like to give a kudos to Emiel with ER Grout for their generous referral to Jacob Magda with All Pro Electric. ER Grout was on stand by waiting to hear if we would need his assistance in only grouting our bathroom shower. As it turned out, we needed to not only replace all the tile due to mildew, move the shower head over and add a new one. We also added new shower doors. This job was much bigger than expected, but tag teaming between the 2 companies enabled us to have a beautiful shower! I would highly recommend these 2 companies for their total professionalism in dealing with our project. We would call on these companies again, and will definitely refer them to our friends and neighbors! Thank you HomeAdvisor
