Eric Padilla was prompt, did an excellent job and completed in shorter timeframe than expected. Eric was familiar with the plumbing of older trailers and didn't try to do the last minute 'add on' that some contractors tend to do to hike rate, in order to complete job. I met Eric at my work. He was doing repairs on the house that is used as a drop in center for youth. I immediately like him. He was personable, professional and had integrity about his work. I asked him to help me at my home with several small items that I have needed fixed. I highly recommend him!!! He is easy to communicate with, followed through and his work is great!!!

I was in a time crunch getting my house ready as a rental. I needed someone to haul away trash and unwanted items from my garage and utility yard. Eric was right there for me. He is professional, friendly and dependable. He pays attention to detail. I asked him to pull out the washer and dryer and clean out the dryer hose vent as well as sweep behind them and then sweep the garage. He showed up early and had everything well under way when I arrived. I have another repair project for him to cut and install a new potting bench table top. I will keep Eric's card handy and call him as other needs come up. I recommend him as highly as possible. I found Eric on home advisor and was in need of some dry wall repair. I didn't know how HomeAdvisor worked so I filled my information out and called the first name on the list which was Eric. I was surprised to have him ask, "Is this Mike?" even though I just filled out the request a minute earlier. Eric was able to meet me the next day and helped me fix my drywall problem. I was in the process of selling my house and recently unhooked my washer. Unbeknownst to me it had leaked water and gotten under my laminate in my hallway. Luckily Eric was there already and helped me take off the flooring so it could dry out. We let it dry for a day and he was able to come back and completely replace my flooring even though I was in a time crunch. He was a real lifesaver and I highly recommend using Eric due to his friendly nature and professionalism.

Aside from the complete refinishing and repair of two antique benches, Eric Padilla has also helped me with some small "handyman" home repairs and also performed some adjacent landscape upgrades in the process of that work. He was thorough, timely and had good attention to detail.

The quality of work was excellent and completed on time at an affordable price. He provided the services I contracted for him and completed according to my time schedule.
