Had some ground water making it's way into basement from below. The location the water was coming from was identified and a French drain was installed in the back yard and through cement on one side of house to carry water out to ditch in front of house. Erickson Excavating, LLC, a father and son company with over 30 years of experience knew what they were doing and got the job done in a timely manner. My house is on Canfield Mountain where water coming down the sloped yard from farther up the hill can be a problem. Now I can feel free of that threat.
