Not being able to give 6 stars seems unfair. I can not tell anyone what to do. But, I do know if you need electrical work done and you do not talk to ERI you are doing it wrong. This is my / your house - This type of work matters. Probably bringing them back for a larger job.

they didn't show up for the appointment and didn't call. when i called to reschedule, they said they would call me back. I have called several times and received no call back.

The owner provided information that helped me make good decisions. He actively kept me informed of what his team was doing and why it was being done. The team also did some things I hadn't asked to be done at no charge because they had a quick, easy solution. He handled all interactions with Duke Energy. These guys are just the type of people I want working in my home and helping me address my electrical issues.

Here when he said he would be and cost less than I thought it would be. Will call them if I need anything else.

Seemed to help that they were familier with the local; REMC to coordinate. Even though they were not able to be here at the same time to complete the installation, Pat's direct phone calls helped expedite completing the project.

Hired and paid them for installing new fan that I purchased. After hanging they noticed lightning bracket was not welded. Said they would come back and repaired. Have called numerous times and only received call back twice. Always promising to come back and repair. I paid twice what he was going to charge me, so he would return. Never has returned and I had another fan I was going to pay him to repair. Dont like to give bad reviews, but have no choice. Unless this issue is resolved, I would not use or recommend using home advisor again.

Pat went above and beyond to make contact setting up the service, understanding the issue, and resolving the electrical problem. He even called our previous HVAC technician who thought the problem was electrical to explain the electrical issue was only part of the AC problem. Pat was communicative, fair, and professional throughout the entire process. I recommend him and ERI Electric without reservation!

they came, they researched the problem with my pool/cover/pump, found the problem, and fixed the problem all in about 40 minutes. I will definitely hire them again!

ERI arrived on time. They evaluated the situation and made a plan to correct the problem. The work was done well. They are very good at what they did for me.

The timing was inconvenient, but otherwise the work was done satisfactorily. They were scheduled to come at 12:00, so I went to the house then. I left after 2:00 when they hadn't shown up or answered their phones. They called me at about 2:15 and said they were running late and they would be there in 30 minutes.

Fixed a problem that is difficult to diagnose.

They do excellent work. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner needing service.

The project was easily done by two men. They were cordial answering any question I had. I highly recommend this company

ERI was fast to respond to my request for information and supplied a bid for the project. Initially we were to move some outlets and relocate a couple of ceiling fixtures but the scope grew, adding 6 ceiling fans, and a stand alone circuit for a microwave. Owner Pat has a great deal of experience and knows the electrical codes. ERI treated us respectfully, did the work correctly, and I will use them again!

My initial review from 5-2017 is somehow missing. I had ERI (Patrick) replace several ceiling fixtures and a ceiling fan. The work that he and his associate did was great, reasonable and done in a timely manner. He was also to replace a bathroom fan. He said it was more cost effective to repair the old one and knew where to get parts. He took the fan with him and said it would take about a month or 6 weeks then he'd call me and set up a time to reinstall it. I figured I could live with a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling that long. After 2 or 3 months with no contact from Patrick, I called and was told the parts were supposed to come from Puerto Rico but due to the hurricane there, he was unable to get the parts but hoped to in a few weeks. I understand what happened and that the hurricane demolishes P.R. I have tried since last fall to have ERI return my call and have not had a response. It has now been over a year, I've had no response from Patrick except for the one time. I still have a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling as well. At this point all I want is the return of my bathroom fan, fixed or not. If not for the fiasco with the fan, ERI would have gotten 5 stars and I would have already hired them for some other projects I have/ had.
