"I do apologize to him. We have been on vacation and just got back the 2nd day of January."
"This job was scheduled and it was a vacant home. They were remodeling. Originally I was told if we can do with out permit let's do so. However we had to end up getting permit. Sometimes scheduling can be difficult when things like trucks break down and customers do not call you back till late the next day. We were three to four days out with work and if they do not call you back till late you can't re schedule other to meet their needs. We worked on a Saturday there The power was restored Wednesday morning Monday was a holiday so no one worked that day. Was not with out power for five days."
"I do not know who he rated but we did not do this job"
