Ed contacted me within 30 minutes of my request. He accommodated my request for a service call within a day and arrived promptly at the time promised. We have Grohe faucets on 7 sinks. The sink stoppers have never been set properly. Ed adjusted and reset the sink stoppers with ease and efficiency. Ed also meticulously cleaned the aerators on the faucets which were clogged with sediment from our well water. In addition, he repaired a leaking toilet and checked our well's water pressure. With each item he repaired, Ed explained to me what the problem was, how he was repairing it, and how to care for the item in the future. Excellent service
