Eric responded promptly to my request and was out the next day for a quote. Walked me through the work he would be doing for my repair and the costs. On the first day of work, we uncovered the previous homeowners had masked an underlying and more severe issue. Eric was great in providing me options and the impacts on longevity of the repair versus cost. We were able to pivot to a more extensive repair and I could not be happier with his work. we felt good about the first meeting. Eric was easy to work with, my job had a few problems before he got here. He took care of everything. our next project a master bathroom gut and remodel ,is in the spring and we plan on having Eric do that one for us from start to finish. Eric showed up promptly on a Friday, gave an estimate and was ready to work the following Monday. He did a very nice job refinishing my old and very worn wood floors. Excellent communication. He brought a helper, and I was comfortable having them around the house.
