Uri replaced a leaking fill valve in the toilet. He provided a range of possible services (up to and including replacing the whole toilet) but this felt like context rather than an upsell or pressuring into the most expensive option, which I really appreciated. He completed the work quickly, communicated well, and everything works again. Thank you to Uri and ER Services team.

Technicians were professional and efficient. The technician was very pleasant and respectful. There was a slight issue, not the technician's fault, but they responded quickly to my concern and returned promptly to address it. I would use them again.

The provider came out to prepare my toilet because it was leaking in the basement. Overall, I thought the process went well. He could not get the valve beside the toilet to turn off so he turned off my main water valve to the house. He only opened up the faucet upstairs unit Downstairs unit was not open and my water heater, which is electric was not turned off now I m getting an alarm on my water heater saying it has been compromise. I consulted a plumber and was told that the water heater should ve been turned off because it s electric and he should ve bled the water heater After he turned the water back on. So the alarm is still on my water heater.

The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life.

2 guys showed up to install a new wide-spread faucet. One guy prepared 3 estimates. I have no idea why. Replacing a faucet in a sink is about the easiest plumbing job there is. I would have done it myself except I am still recovering from neck surgery. I paid over $600 for the repair. Draw your own conclusions.

ER Services responded to my request with a phone call right away, and Henry showed up about half an hour later to do the job. He was friendly and easy to work with, and he replaced my faulty outdoor spigot. Pleased with my experience with ER Services!
