ER Tree Service

I work for a major GC in the DC area and do not usually write reviews, but it is unusual anymore to get the level of service that ER Tree Service provides. I needed a wind sheared tree removed before seasonal high winds brought down more of it. They provided a written quote and had the best price that included stump removal and cleanup. At time of estimate they gave an approximate date the following week and called the day before to confirm. I had a 60' wind damaged pine tree in the back yard and 2 20' trees rubbing the side of my house. When they had not arrived by 10AM I started to have misgivings. I called and was informed then that we were the second job on the schedule for the crew that day and they should be there about noon. The crew arrived before 12:30 and immediately set to work. By 4:00 they had all 3 trees down, the last of the stumps was being finished, limb chipping was complete, the yard was raked and the street was in process of being cleaned. I did landscape and tree work thirty years ago. I can tell you this crew was extremely proficient and capable. Two weeks later I hired them to take down an additional 3 trees that were damaging my driveway and foundation and presented landing issues due to power lines and proximity to my and my neighbor's houses and garage. They just left having done another great job (although the stump grinding was not completed due to an equipment issue / damaged hydraulic line - to be completed Sunday) and were headed to my son's house to remove a dying tree in his yard. So as you can see, I would use ER again and have already and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. The only negative comment from my dealings so far, I wasn't informed that I shouldn't expect a crew until the afternoon for the first job. I wish that was the worst I could say about all the contracting companies I deal with daily.

Reasonable and best pricing compared to all other Quotes. They brought all high powered quality equipments and provided us with a high quality service. From estimation to completion everything went flawlessly. I would strongly and personally recommend ER Tree Services. I have saved the ER Tree Services contact info for all future tree services. ER Tree Service was very prompt and professional from quickly coming to give us a quote all the way through cutting down our trees, chipping the branches, grinding the stumps and cleaning up. Their price was very reasonable, and we will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent service in all areas, cost, tree trimming, clean up, answered all my questions, did not leave until I was completely satisfied. The entire trimming and clean up crew was excellent. A good group. They trimmed back several ornamental trees and cut down limbs from high trees that that were getting dangerously close to the house. They did an excellent job cleaning up. I have used many services during the 35 years we lived in our house, and this group I was extremely pleased with! Also a fair price!

They did excellent work the price was fantastic they were professionals and all areas of their work and they gave you a damn good price I highly recommend them I give them five stars they are true professionals and they know what they re doing I suggest if you need tree service please call them

They pruned my trees in a short timeframe and they cleaned up all the brush that they cut. They did the job as i instructed and in a shorter time than i expected.

Representative was early for the appointment for assessments. All work listed on work sheet was accomplished. Team arrived early and was efficient in work that was done. All trees were cut down and all of the remains removed from property.An outstanding job was done. Thank you for your services.

Showed up when promised and did a great job

Came before I even expected, made sure I was happy with there work. That's hard to find these days. Would definitely hire them again. Oh and it was a big crew working cleaned up the debris. They were Great!
