Nancy is wonderful

Iâ ve hired several cleaning services over the years for my home. This was about the worst. I paid $100 for a little over an hours of work. They were basically incompetent at cleaning. For example, they cleaned around the appliances in the kitchen. Around the toaster, rather than under it! Around the knife rack rather than under it. They wouldnâ t move a very lightweight piece of furniture to vacuum under it. Wouldnâ t move a piece of paper or cloth to clean under it. Most rooms were not cleaned at all except for light vacuuming and light floor cleaning. I asked them to vacuum the living room couches and of course, they did not. The one wore her mask over her chin. When I told her to wear it properly she still did not. Totally incompetent and care key about it.

I just wanted my 3 bedroom house dusted...takes me 6 hrs or more to do. She was done in less than an hr. She did have a helper. But things were missed.

Nancy was professional and very easy to work with. She did an outstanding cleaning service on our duplex before we rented out. Nancy did magic on the bathroom! We thought we'd have to replace the toilet but she got all the stubborn stains out, and the bathtub was spotless. The entire duplex just shined. I would highly recommend!

Nancy was more than helpful to schedule a move out/move in cleaning for us, so no furniture yet in the condo. We will definitely use her again. The only reason I did not give her a 5 on quality of work - I noted the heating vents had not been wiped off. The previous owners had a dog (which we love dogs too), but it really shed and the vents were covered in hair.

I wanted a move-in clean. OK, later inspection the bathroom and the tub they said they cleaned are still dusty. Still cobwebs around. I asked them to make sure all the drawers were clean and they did not look at the drawers. I am still seeing dust balls around after the cleaning. Not up to my standard and I have high standards for cleanliness and like a more detailed clean. She did wash the carpets at my request however which was great. Addendum : I hired her again after the initial clean for a move out last minute clean and she was available last minute which was great! She did a good job on the move out clean. I would probably recommend her again.
