Great job. On time and very professional

I was in the process of selling my home when I found out that my porch did not have the required CO and needed some town code fixes. The buyer of my home could not obtain the loan needed and the closing process was stopped. I was in need of a contractor to do the needed repairs quickly and the fixes needed to pass town code. I was able to find Hector. He gave me a free estimate and a fair price. Once I hired him, he got to work immediately and finished the work quickly. This work also had to have the town inspector's approval. Hector stayed with me to ensure everything that was needed to pass inspection was handled. Hector did a fantastic job and also did all of the work himself. Because of him, I was able to move forward and the closing date did not have to be moved out. Thank you Hector for doing a great job!!!

Hector with ESE Designs is amazing. He did our basement renovation expertly and very quickly. He is extremely skilled in what he does and offers excellent design recommendations to make sure everything comes together well and the layout has a great flow.

Hector Sburlati did an excellent job. His performance has been excellent. This includes initial response, detailed estimate, competitive pricing and follow up. In addition, Hector personal attitude with people and our pet have been great.

The finished product looks great and the work was completed in the amount of time they had estimated. But the work was rushed to finish in the time frame and some mistakes were made, nothing major but things that could possibly have been avoided with less rush. This may have been a result of the stair project turning into more than what was originally bargained for and the original floor installer being super careful and thus getting behind in his work. Overall we were very pleased with the work and the results. We found the workers amiable and professional. Would definitely think of hiring them again.
