E.S.M did a great job to restore my basement in the Midway Airport area when the sewer backed up from a torrential storm. He returned my call within quickly after request was made through Service Magic. My project was started and finished in 4 days. Alex, the foreman, was professional and courteous and made me feel at ease, as I was extremely frustrated. I would recommend E.S.M. to anyone who has water damage and mold.

Flood basement. Valeint effort by ESM Enterprise to save everything and what the could not save they put out for pick up for us. I have had recent open heart surgery so I could not do that, They were timely, nice, and professional. I would recommend and also use myself again John Cole

After checking the yellow pages and leaving a message with a contractor referral company, I was first contacted within the 1/2 hour by ESM. They indicated they could come within an hour to an hour and 1/2 and were here promptly as reported. The remaining 1 foot of water in my basement was removed within the hour. Then came the clean up crew who completed the final extraction and began to bag the damaged items. Alex Mikulas was especially concerned about my feelings of loss and made sure that the items being disposed were what I wanted to discard. He and his crew worked diligently and within about 4 hours had everything extracted and debris removed. Also, the basement was fogged with microban before and after the blowers and dehumidifiers were set up for a 3 day dry out process. Three days later Alex and crew showed up cleared equipment and removed a few more items that I had decided to dispose of. I am very pleased by the professional, caring and efficient manner in which this process took place. I highly recomend this contractor and would certainly use their service again.

Very honest and professional service. I would highly recommend to anyone. They did a great job. Prices were extremely competitive and in fact way below competitor's cost.

We hired ESM to dry and clean one room after an ice dam caused water damage. They were very responsive, polite, professional and delivered the services they promised at the price we had agreed. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future.
