ESP Home Inspection

Had a termites' inspection before I bought a home. He said there was not any termite damage. Once we bought the garage had extensive termite damage.

His home inspection exceeded any I've ever read in detail.

Jason was prompt and very courteous. He was willing to go over the details in person and gave us a very thorough report the same day.

Eric did a great job with the inspection and explaining everything. great customer service

Very detailed

Eric was professional every step of the way. We agreed to meet at the property at 1:00 for my briefing on what Eric found. He had almost completed the inspection and within a couple of minutes he was ready to walk us around and show us and explain each issue thoroughly. Answered all of our questions patiently. Report was emailed and waiting on me to return home to open and read it. No surprises there, it was step by step as Eric had reviewed with us. Excellent customer service! We HIGHLY recommend ESP home inspection! Thank you Eric.

He was very professional and thorough. We had an issue with the electric not being turned on at the correct meter and he began the inspection with the non-electriCal aspects first while the situation was remedied. I would recommend anyone looking for an excellent home inspection to use ESP for their inspection needs.

The experience was great. On time and answered the questions I had. I would recommend ESP to anyone needing a home inspection.

He made sure I understood everything he found to be defective.

Eric was very professional and understanding about a last minute cancel of my original appt and reschedule of another appt due to contract signing. Report was sent to me that same afternoon with color pictures and full explanations. He also went over the report with me on the phone.

Very nice man.

I highly recommend anyone looking for home inspection services to call ESP Home Inspection. Every aspect of dealing with them was exceptional. Quality work and quick response times with a fair and reasonable price structure. Great job Eric!
