We are so glad we found Estey Electric! In the process of renovating a home built in 1965, Estey has helped with a couple projects to make the home more efficient and comfortable. Their prompt response, quick scheduling and timely installation has been refreshing after so many bad experiences with other contractors. We will definitely direct all our electric needs to Estey in the future. I would highly recommend this company and plan on working with them moving forward.

Great guys they do a great job. I will hire them again if needed. They had to repalce a breaker box that was older than the young men working on it . They did a great job.

Estey Electric might be a good electrician according to reviews but I never would use them for any solar installation again. Estey electric was hired to install a off grid solar system using new and used component from the previous smaller system which working fine it just got to small.  As soon as installation started the nightmare began. We already had cleared out a perfect sunny area for placing the new solar panel. Same place we had our previous system for years. Estey director of operations recommended a better place further away  Personally dealing with cancer treatments and trusting a ;professional ; I agreed. Turning out that the solar panels will have no sun from November to February compare to former location which gets 3 - 4 hours during this time. Estey electric also damaged batteries during installation when they overcharged and overheated batteries for 10 days. After I was not able to fully charge the batteries Estey electric tested the batteries when they found 8 cells damaged. Although I was convinced batteries were damaged by Estey electric and I wanted to get things done, I agreed to get the batteries for additional $3200. After the repair and after the overheating I got informed that Estey electric never checked the waterlevels in the batteries. I immediately checked it, found all of them on a very low level and refilled the batteries by myself. Even after the repair the system is not properly working and is constantly shutting off and we are without power. Reporting the troubles to the director of operation were useless. Always just getting phony excuses,  made up stories and blaming me for a not working system. Director of operation does not listen to me as customer about my concern and even kind of tells me that I am stupid. Several conversations with Director of operation were unsuccessful, so I decided to contact owner of Estey electric which did not help at all. Still got the same useless response as before. As solution Estey electric recommended a larger on demand generator to cover the No sun period on the solar panels and the sudden shut off of the system which they claim is normal. This is just the tip of the iceberg, there were plenty of other problem during installation. This said, spend $55K on a non working solar system...definitely not recommending Estey electric and thinking what to do next

This team is truly people/customer oriented from the HEART! They treat their customers as if they are working for their own family. Truly amazing!

No complaints. Ben was very professional. They were hired to install 2 ceiling fans and replace 12 outdated can lights. I would hire Estey the next time I need electrical work performed!

Estey electric installed my home Generac generator. they are the best! Bo and Keith were very professional and thoughtful and the process was easy. I am older and I will be so happy and I feel safe. I hope others can use them as well. they are worth it!!!!!

Itâ s easy to write a Five Star review for Estey Electric. They were professional and efficient and also had the lowest bid. They replaced my 45 year old main power panel, did unexpected trouble shooting in the house, plus they hooked up my standby generator. I thought it would be a difficult job, but the experience and competence of Shawn, Dave and the crew made it go quickly and smoothly. They are certainly capable and knowledgeable electricians, and I would have settled for that, but it was obvious that their goal is to leave every job with a satisfied customer. I was so pleased with what they did for me; I told Dave, you are my electrician for the rest of my life. In my opinion, you canâ t go wrong choosing Estey Electric. Outstanding in every way! From my initial phone call with Manager, Dave, to Supervisor, "Bo", and all of the crew, they were completely professional. They were respectful of my home, friendly and helpful. They made sure every area where work was performed was left in the best possible condition. Having a fixed Generator installed at my home by Estey Electric was such a good decision. They are the best, and I could not recommend them more highly!

I could not have asked for harder working men. They have tackled every problem with a "we will get it done" attitude. The best by far.

I had Shawn install an interlock for a portable generator, as well as recommend a portable generator to purchase. After contacting him, he came out that day to give me an estimate and set a date for the install. He had to move that date once because of a part issue, but rescheduled it and then communicated twice more about when he would arrive. He arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He then clearly explained to me how to operate the generator and connect it to the interlock, first demonstrating then having me go through the process. He also did some work on the generator to get it ready to go. He is very friendly and easy to work with. I give him my highest recommendation!

I've had 4 other Electricians come to my home and Estey is the Best! We set a time, he was here when he said he would be. We talked about what I wanted done, scheduled it, and he came and did everything I asked for in one day. I've had electricians leave at 3 without finishing the job. sean is a very professional at what he does and well educated, there s never been a situation that he turned down because of lack of knowledge. Every time he s helped on a job not only did he fix the problem but he would go above and beyond to make sure it was done correct and fix any other issues , but always made sure it was safe for the costumer when he left ... deffinetly would recommend Sean to anyone

Shawn was knowledgeable and skilled. He was able to locate the problems and suggested several solutions with different costs, and allowed me to determine the extent of the upgrade and the corresponding cost. He practiced self separation from me in this time of the emergency and was still friendly and personable. We are looking to do a small kitchen downstrairs and he will do the upgrade and wiring that will be needed. Great craftsman.
