Eric is truly a knowledgeable and well trained professional. He is respectful and honest and I know that his insight and understanding of how the systems in my new home work, will benefit us as we move towards taking possession. I contacted Eric to complete an insurance inspection on my home. He was very professional from start to finish. I was pleased with how he was through and took the time to explain with attention to detail each step of the inspection. Eric went over the good and bad, things that should be looked into and what i could expect for life remaining on things like the a/c, roof and other areas. Eric was personable and had excellent customer service. I would definitely refer him to anyone looking for an inspector.

Eric is the best. He was extremely thorough and took the time to go over and explain everything he was looking at and why he was looking at it and what we would have to do if there was an issue. He was very responsive when I reached out to him and very easy to schedule with. He showed up perfectly on time and got right into the inspection.
