The service people were very pleasant and efficient but they were extremely expensive. I was very disappointed in the cost after inquiring beforehand.

Putting 'no' because they did not keep the original appt time. Also, I think that their price might also be a bit on the high side.

The problem was one I could have done myself if I had known where the particular GFI swiitch was located. The E-Star service person solved the problem in about 5 minutes, which was great. What wasn't great was the $118 bill charged on the work--in addition to the $69 charged just for showing up! However, once I called the main office and voiced my dissatisfaction, they were very accomodating and reduced the service charge, at my request, to $30 (for a total cost of $99). So I would recommend them, because they are very good and professional, and politely responsive to my complaint on the charge.

Joe was very polite and went about his business very efficiently. He found and remedied the problem but on a cost to fix basis, the charge was very high.

E Star installed an electrical outlet for us at a doctors clinic & did a great job! The electrician arrived 15 minutes early, and charged us exactly what was quoted. I recommend their services & would definitely use them again!

The work was completed in a timely manner. The electrician was very accommodating and did a great job. I was very pleased.

EStar was very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. I will use them in the future and would highly recommend them to others.
