Hired to repair a rock wall. Job is sloppy. Mortar is spread on face of rocks, not just between. One area of wall had rocks extended over the original base rocks. The wall does not curve in semi circle as it should. Now dirt is needed behind these rocks. Top of wall is not flat. Not all rocks were slightly slanted toward the back. One column of rocks were removed and used where they actually created a step up/down instead of top of wall being flat. Removing this column caused the wall not to end flush with the opposite side. Mortar on top of wall is crumbling. Chunks of mortar were left in grass around wall for me to clean up. They had to go get additional mortar. They then ran out of water repellent and left for another job. Water repellent was finished the next day. The workers had no knowledge of how a rock wall should be laid. I?m now stuck with this unsatisfactory sloppy rock wall. Disappointing.

Sold me the wrong part to fix for $194. I Will does not return my money, Cannot fix the fireplace. Beware of this business

Im really bad with names but the 2 gentlemen that came today were great. Very professional, called to tell me they were almost here, polite, friendly. I had issue with fireplaces screws being stripped and they were able to find a way to still get the glass off and clean the fireplace. They even explained why my glass had turned black so quickly so I knew reason and how to fix in future. Highly recommend company and would use them again

The person that came was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt that he did a great job.

I was in a real jam. I installed a new water heater on a Friday afternoon and the chimney was blocked so I was not able to use it. They came out on the weekend for the estimate so I was able to get it Monday morning and on their schedule for Monday. Monday night I had a working flue in my chimney to vent the water heater and hot water. They cleaned up afterwards, explained everything they did and I was very pleased. Not a cheap process but it was less than what the plumber had thought it might cost. They also were nice enough to hang my smoke/CO detector in a better spot.
