Ductless A/C Service
They never showed up to my house and then when they tried to come he came on a weekend by himself and pretended to be the owner his was Orest or something, a complete fraud and lunatic especially the actual owner they have no idea about HVAC and donâ t even speak English half the time all their reviews are fake

It was a great interaction and experience from the time that I called to find out about availability and fees. Konstantin was polite and prompt. He kept me informed and quickly got to work in addressing the issue. The service called for a refrigerant recharge and overall the appointment was quick and to the point. I am happy I called E-Trade and will happily recommend. Their service call fee was also quite a bit lower than several other companies I contacted.

Central A/C Service or Repair
We received a very prompt response from your company with three suggestions for a company to perform an annual AC maintenance. All three company reps either called and/or emailed us the same day and were very pleasant to deal with on the phone. We decided to go with E-Trade, Inc. Rep Konstantin called about 1/2 hr. before arriving, showed up on time, and performed the work as requested in a professional manner. We would definitely use him again. Thank you for helping us find a good company to do the work.

There should be a 6th star available for those that go above and beyond the call of duty. E-Trade (particularly Constantine) deserve a great amount of respect for doing an honest job while being customer-wallet conscious. I left E-Trade a voicemail at 10:45 on a Friday night with an air conditioner issue. Constantine called me back at 10:55 that same night. Upon inspecting my system, he uncovered an issue where the installer of my new furnace (2 months old) had punctured my air conditioning coil, and fixed the issue without requiring an entire coil replacement. If you want an honest estimate, and your HVAC needs corrected properly, E-Trade is the company to call. I will be trusting E-Trade for ALL of my future heating and cooling needs.
