EVERCOOL HEATING & COOLING LLC

I had a wonderful experience with EverCool Heating and Cooling. I have had previous consultations that ended up in suggested repairs that weren’t actually needed. Memo came very promptly after booking the appointment to assess an issue I was concerned about. He ended up checking everything thoroughly, suggesting only small repairs. He took extra time to explain some parts of our HVAC I didn’t know about. He was also very respectful of my home and wore shoe protectors inside. Prices are very fair and I know I can trust that the job is being done perfectly!

Our A/C wasn't working and we were in the hottest part of the year. Our unit was somewhat new and still under warranty, so we called the installer who said they couldn't come out at least two, maybe three days. We then called EverCool who was there within 90 minutes. They troubleshot the issue to find the issue with the compressor; however, worked the problem until they were able to get our compressor working, thus cooling the house again. They then continued to work a warranty claim for us. Steller work and even better response times.

I called for an inspection for a funky smell that I though was coming from my AC / Heater. It was a hidden diaper. lol The fact here is the Technician told me "There is nothing wrong with you system, I didn't find anything." No sale, no upsell, not even an attempt to sell me a package or anything. Just, "That's it your system is all good to go." I have never had an AC company tell me I'm good without trying to sell me something. Thank you EverCool Heating and Cooling. I will do business again!

Commercial or residential. They do both. Didn't have to meet them. The found the problem, fix it, invoiced me, and were done. I could not be happier! Thanks again.

We contacted Memo and Evercool for a second opinion on our A/C issues and thank goodness we did. The other large company (hard to spell, starts with a G 🫢) was pushing expensive replacement options and their prices were very high. This was confirmed immediately after a quick assessment from Memo. We really appreciated the honest approach and repair first approach when possible. We will always call Evercool first in the future and highly recommend them for any A/C needs.
