This place sucks. I had a service scheduled for the afternoon. The service desk called my phone and left a message. I called back within 25 minutes as I was in a meeting. I called back to find that the arrogant service managers non customer friendly rule is if you do not call back within 10 minutes you lose your spot and have to reschedule. What???? Very arrogant. Very rude. They were on site a couple weeks prior. The creepy old man was freaking my wife out by obsessively asking about a doll house we have. She would change the subject, and he would go right back to the doll house. My wife then went upstairs only to find that this creepy man and his helper were still in my basement!!! Weirdos!!! When they left, they stayed in the driveway for another 10 minutes. She locked the doors and called me to ask for advice. I told her to wait and see how long they stayed. The worst customer service I have ever seen. They are not for the customer. If you foolishly do choose to pick them as your contractor, watch out for the weirdo and plan on by all means to not miss their call! In a nut shell, I would recommend staying away from company and hire non-weirdos who will provide a reputable, dependable service.

Had kerosene delivered, was told 200 gallons but they did 28 gallons less. No return on phone calls, they delivered two weeks late and was told had to be emergency because they messed up. And won't credit 28 gallons. They scam.

Expensive and unprofessional. I try to use local business as much as possible, but not E and V. I had to subscribe to an annual contract with an out-of-town company. My central air conditioner stopped working. It turned out the inner coil was leaking. I called E and V for service because the company installed the system in 2015. Well, it took two visits, 20 days and 670 dollars, just to get an estimate for another repair. And I was not sure it will be the final repair. Specialists and staffs are cordial. They clean the workplace after they leave. The problem is, they do not get the work done and keep sending you bills. I paid it off and called another company which fixed the problem in a few days.

The installation Team was wonderful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They helped me understand my whole system. Sales team was also great, worked within our budget (although any HVAC is expensive), but worth it!

Very efficient, patient, knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend. They adjusted/zoned a problematic boiler and fixed air flow issues with AC. Arrived and completed the job on time.

Jamie and Nate were both very professional, arrived on time and were very meticulous in the cleanup. When questions surfaced they had workable solutions and completely understood my reasoning for a particular question. the service was excellent!
