Evans MacDowell has over 25 years experience in the roofing industry. We are true professionals and offer lifetime warranties on all of our repairs. If you have been unable to locate the source of a leak in your roof, you need to call us. I have been climbing in attics to find leaks since I was 12 years old. We always find the leaks! I put the customer's best interest first! After the 2005 hurricanes I sourced replacement tiles from Brazil after the major manufacturers had discontinued supplying them. If I can repair a leaky roof, I will repair it. If it needs replacement I will advise what is best for your situation. After a job is completed and before payment is received, I do a walk though with the client including a video of where we found the leak and the work that was done to repair it.
