I'm only reluctant to give 5 stars because truthfully, I reserve 5 stars for service that goes above and beyond my expectations, plus I'm not knowledgeable enough on our A/C to say EW did an outstanding job. However, our expectations were met and for that reason we are satisfied for now!

Mr. wilson actually showed up early. Home Advisor would not let me schedule for a Monday but when he called he said sure. He was fast, clean and efficient. Also, friendly. Will keep his number on file.

Made two trips to my daughter's house. Problem still exists with heat pump.

"System was a gas furnace. Wish customer had not cancel appointment to recheck system again. Furnace worked fine at completion of each previous trip. Sometimes a system may have a unusual problem that may not manifest itself Immediately or in the daytime when there is a less demand on unit. I made adjustments to system to test its performance to see if same problem would persist overnight. Customer kept turning off the breaker before I would get there, thus resetting the trouble code on circuit board of unit. (The trouble code would tell why unit stopped overnight). When customer called again I schedule for an immediate return of course at no charge. 30 minutes later customer canceled with no reason."
