Francisco at extreme exterior care called and we discussed 6 inch vent install. Price went up due to home advisor $76 charge. I paid 250 for 6 inch vent install. We agreed on 8:30 job start on wednesday. He didn't show so i called him at 8:50. He said he had to go to dump first so he arrived later at 10:30. Once he got here, he and his helper quickly did the work. He needs work on planning and communication.

Very hard working crew and super conscious about cleaning up every day. They also repaired some storm damaged gutters. Price was excellent and I was totally happy with the results.

I hired Francisco to removed the moss on my roof, cut a hedge, and to level the ground in an area of my garden. Francisco and his team were great! They arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed and would certainly hire him again in the future.

Francisco went above and beyond in sourcing replacement soffit material. The original, damaged by a tree falling in an ice storm, was aluminum. He found vinyl (only material currently available) that was a close match. We had an eight week delay for insurance payment and other work before he could start, and he stuck with it. Would definitely use them again.
