I had to call the company after 6 inches of snow had fallen to ask if they were going to plow. Then after they came out to plow, I had to go out and shovel my driveway because they did a lousy job. I couldn't get my car out of the driveway.

They did a great job. I was in a bind< with just having Surgery on my foot and 12in of snow fall I need to get to my Drs appt. They were here at a moments notice. They were Quick and Friendly.

Took our money, promised to always remove snow from driveway if over 3 inches. We have had to call him every single time to come out or he just does not show. Took all money up front then never completes job. BE CAREFUL
