Elmer's (EZ Air, HVAC) was done in a professional manner, and replacing a compressor, starter, and condenser is no easy task. It worked perfectly, first time when restarted with the new equipment. His cost was well under other companies had checked. He had immediate answers to all my questions including those about replacing the ultraviolet light - showed me exactly what to buy and how to easily install it, as I like to do the easy things myself where I can save extra. Elmer responded immediately to my request that morning, when i realized the AC was not cooling, he explained the cause, and got back very soon to complete repairs. I have 100% confidence in Elmer and EZ Air, will continue using his service, and will highly recommend his services to all my neighbors going forward
