Quick response, and extremely knowledgeable.
I highly recommend this company. Great customer service from the office to the technicians.. everyone is Courteous and professional. They come in Assess the situation and make the repairs. If they need to order a part they do it and return as soon as the part comes in.. they play no games, they play no Gimmicks. As we all know having an appliance go down for any reason is a inconvenience and dealing with EZ Appliance makes the whole situation stress free They are a great company. Give them a try
No repair was made. Ryan came out and *diagnosed the problem* said I had a bad control board. I paid the 96 dollars and he said it would credit repair. I got the repair quote and they wanted an additional 120 for labor and 217 for the part. I can buy an OEM part for 140 and it takes ten minutes to put in. not sure where they get their pricing
Stay away from this business!!! Horrible customer service. I dropped off my Bosch microwave for repairs , picked it up after 2 weeks in pieces. Always excuses, lies solid honest answer. Stay Away!!!
We regret that this customer was dissatisfied with the service experience. HowEver this was Not a paying customer. Mr. Beres walked into our office with his microwave and a box full of parts that he removed from the microwave in an attempt to self repair. He had no appointment and we accepted the microwave in an attempt to help him. We explained that we had a Tech on vacation and did not commit to a completion date. He returned without notice to take the microwave, refused to sign for possession and was abusive to our office staff. Again we were attempting to help him. unfortunate lesson learned.

Tech arrived and quickly surveyed the problem. He had to order a replacement part. A few days later the part was installed and dishwasher working fine. Professional Tech. I recommend this Pro.
