resolved our previous miss understanding

This company has no clue on epoxy floors they promise a high end job that they have no clue how to deliver. Even after offering to pay for material to make it right they just ghosted me. This was a $4500 simple white floor job paid in full, so be careful.

I hired them to do a job, they gave me price and they charged me extra money, but the outcome of the work was not good, he was rude, nasty and belligerent. He had a nice uniform on but do not let the uniform fool you. He never came back to see the work. He left the debris. I am already having someone else come back to redo cleaning the carpet. Also getting someone to fix my floor.

Excellent communication and customer service from Mike the owner. The workers did a great job on the tear out of the ceramic tiles and the installation of the wood floors. They also refinished and stained the stairs but lacked attention to detail on this aspect of the job: the workers need more supervision because they left a lot of dark stains on the white risers of the stairs. There was also a lot of dust throughout. I would hire again because the job they did on the flooring install was very neat.

They are very professional, helpful and good in what they do. The installer made sure the carpet was vacuumed after installation and also fixed tour vacuum cleaner which was not working properly.

Mike and his company are fabulous. The work was done beautifully and turned out great. In some ways he reminds me of the old school reliability that people used to have. He is very consistent with communication, courteous, respectful, and was a joy to work with through a lengthy process (lengthy because I had to apply for insurance benefits to cover a kitchen leak). Every day I love my new floor. And how great that Mike was such a pleasure to work with.

We hired EZ Carpet to both paint our co-op's 4 floor hallway, as well as replace the carpeting in the hallway. Mike from EZ Carpet was responsive to every question we posed by email and phone. The company followed through on our agreement and his crew worked quickly and efficiently.

I'm going to have to redo my flooring for the third time. The first time the top coat was peeling and blistering. He redid it and the second time it was from the lacquer coming up from the cracks and crevices because he was in a rush to get the oil laid down when you need to wait at least 24 Hours before you add another coat. He charged me more because an oil finish takes longer and I agreed to it, but he never waited the correct amount of time to lay down the next coat. He charged me close to 3500 for the entire job. And now it's ruined. The customer service was terrible.
