She and her team are professional, reasonably priced, and made my house spotless within a few hours. Very friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommend. I hired EZ Cleaning Service and I was hoping to use this company on a regular basis but this will be not the case. Although Maggie is very nice and her cleaning appears to be decent for the price, my experience is not as positive as other reviews on this site. Maggie arrived to my home for the initial consultation and she gave me her price for the work and explained what it would entail. I told her that I didn't want her to clean the bedrooms, just the common areas and the home office. No problems there. On the day she arrived to clean, I had stepped out for a few minutes but my mom was home and let her in. Without waiting for me to arrive, Maggie began going through my cupboards and cabinets to find rags and cleaning supplies to use. Unbeknownst to me, Maggie doesn't supply her own tools of the trade although apparently she does keep some supplies on hand for back-up. My mom stopped Maggie from using my washcloths as cleaning rags. When I returned home, to my surprise, Maggie and her colleague had begun cleaning. Her colleague was actually in my bedroom with the door closed talking on the phone. I reminded Maggie that I had requested that she not clean my bedrooms and she replied that she didn't remember because she cleans so many houses. Maggie had pulled out my vacuum cleaner, my broom and dust pan, and my steam mop, again, all without my knowledge and permission but ok, whatever. She and her colleague completed the job but my tile floors were not done to my liking and Maggie explained that because I didn't have a mop, she couldn't get the grout as clean as I wanted. But if I supplied a mop next time she would take care of it. Maggie also told me that she left my cleaning rags on the washing machine. She asked me to leave her a good review on Home Advisor. I always wait to leave reviews. At first glance, it appeared that Maggie had done a good job but of course after a few days, I noticed things here and there. The rags were missing and when I texted Maggie about it she stated that might have taken them because she has rags just like them. Okay. The deal breaker came however, when I noticed rust on my dishwasher less than a week after Maggie cleaned my home. My appliances are all new, less than a year old. They're all stainless steel. At first, I thought it was food, but after attempting to wipe it, I realized it was rust and that the dishwasher had been scratched. I texted Maggie and asked what she used to clean the dishwasher. She told me that she used a dry rag and she couldn't have damaged the dishwasher. I asked if she had cleaned in the direction of the grain and she didn't respond. She was too busy telling me that she only used what I provided and that she couldn't have scratched the dishwasher. I explained that I hadn't provided her with anything and reminded her that she had helped herself to my home and my rags and cleaning supplies and that regardless, it was likely her use of whatever was allegedly

We were on the fence about getting the furniture cleaned but when we saw what an efficient, professional, and thorough job was being done on the carpets, we had the furniture cleaned too! Joe and Kyle were pleasant and courteous and the price made it all well worth it.

Maggie & her group were fantastic, ve y professional. This was the first time I hired a cleaning service and didn't know what to expect. Everything was cleaned radiators, fans, base boards, etc. II provided all the cleaning supplies. Wonderful experience. Will hire Maggie again around Xmas time when my whole family( all 18 )arrive for a week.
