I have an annual Maintenance Contract with EZ Comfort. The Technician, Alfredo, was very professional and performed a thorough inspection of my furnace equipment (annual inspection). He explained his findings and make several recommendations.

I called Carlos Sunday afternoon. No AC downstairs or up. My home warranty wouldn't repair . Carlos had me a portable AC to my home within no time. Came out early Monday morning did repairs on my downstairs in 20 mins need a new one for upstairs and will go through Ez Comfort. Can not thank him enough excellent work,customer service outstanding,my HERO.IF ANYONE IS IN NEED THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY AROUND.THANK YOU AGAIN.

Once the team arrived they were very polite and efficient. We are very pleased with the insulation installation. (Our only slight disappointment had been their much delayed arrival time on the day of service, but each time I called on the office or texted to query the issue I did receive prompt responses and updates).

I this is a second review for this service. I, initially, had an issue with some cleanup from a service from Easy Heating and Air. After my review, THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY called me, came to my home, had the crew come back and do whatever I asked in the cleanup. Every single member of the company were SO PROFESSIONAL and kind throughout this clean up procedure. As I said in my initial review, I loved their work but I felt they could have done better in cleanup. They did all they could to rectify my concerns. I was SO impressed and will suggest Easy Hearing and Air to all I know. Great company and value for my money.

Working with this company was a HUGE blessing. My AC had been out since March and it was one thing after another to get it fixed. I needed a whole new system, but my home warranty would only gave me a very low amount cash out for what I needed. I was laid off 2 weeks prior. Rey came, did my estimate and treated me like his sister. My home was 87 degrees when he came. He was open and honest about my options and was able to get my AC fixed the very next day. I am SO grateful for the work that was done and for people like Rey that worked with me during these difficult times. Shout out to Rene that came and completed the work hours earlier than I was originally quoted. THANK YOU!

EZ Comfort came to my rescue when my A/C broke during summer Houston temperatures. I tried to get my regular company with whom I had a contract and been a customer for 13 years (Air Team). I was placed on the queue and told it would be two days before they could help me. One call to EZ Comfort got them to my home the same afternoon. They repaired the unit and had it up and running. I will depend on them the next time I need any A/C work done. A very rare company that will exceed your expectations.
