One Time Interior House Cleaning

I was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning that I received. I had a 3 hour interior cleaning for a 900 square foot apartment. I expected that, given the time and the small space, the cleaning would be thorough and complete. The cleaner arrived about 15 minutes late (which is fine), and spent the full 3 hours cleaning. She needed a lot of my own cleaning materials, which is fine, but I wish I had known this ahead of time so I would be able to provide her with all of the products and equipment she might need. Even with the 3 hours of cleaning in the small space and me specifically calling out areas of concern, I found that my apartment was still very dirty after she left. There was a huge layer of dust and saw dust across the molding of my entire apartment that was not addressed, and day after day I am finding whole areas that were seemingly missed entirely.
