EZ Fix

They did a good job on removing old fence and putting up the new. one of gates has warped, the wood shrunk so there is a big gap between the gate and fence. I've been trying to get them out here for over a week to fix it but I keep getting the run around. They tell me a day they're coming but they don't show up or call. I'm just left hanging without a word. I had a few other issues while they were doing the fence. They put one gate in a different place than it was originally and did not ask me if I wanted it moved. they just did what was easiest for them. They did a terrible job of cleaning up the debris when they were finished. I went behind them and picked up a lot of wood, metal, concrete. They even left debris in my neighbors yard. I had to call them back out to pick all that up and even then they still didn't get it all. They said they'd even out the yard where there was dips and hills since it was muddy the days they were working, but that didn't happen either. The guys all were smokers but they didn't ask if I minded them smoking around me, so I had to close the windows to keep the smoke out of my house. they threw their cigarette butts in my yard and didn't pick them up. All in all just did what they wanted without asking me if it was okay or what I wanted. Not happy. I'm calling Home Advisor to see if they can do anything to get them out here to fix the gate since I can't get any cooperation myself. I won't be using this co again or referring them to anyone.
