Write a ReviewWater main leak repaired These guys will be your friend so long as you pay them ~$500 for an hour of their time Otherwise, they are gone !
Brad did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The costs for the repair was very good as well.
Thank you for your 5-star review!
AN excellent company and they do what they say the will in a timely manner.
Andy texted in advance to let us know he was on his way and arrived on schedule. He looked through all the manufacturer's material to insure compliance. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and also shared tips on how to keep our tankless system descaled even though he was installing our filtration system and softener. Very professional, would definitely use EZ Flow again!
I posted a review on EZ Flow Plumbing yesterday. Owner Scott Reisack contacted me promptly after reading my review about the slab leak job. He offered to dig the area up again and redo the piping to my satisfaction, I declined because itâll be quite messy again. He also offered to give me some money to compensate for the inconvenience I had to go through and the dissatisfaction I felt about the work. I declined that as well since I really donât want money. Then he offer me a 10 year warranty on the job, which I accepted. This shows that he really tries to do a good job for every one of his clients, to their satisfaction, and he stands behind every job thatâs done by his crew. I appreciate his genuine, sincere efforts to try to make things right. This is a very positive part of the way he runs his business and I like to let anyone who is looking for plumber to know that. I understand that sometimes an owner of a business cannot control the outcome of the work by his employees.
I used EZ Flow to repair a slab leak. It turned out that they did a very poor job. The job involved bypassing the old pipe underneath the driveway, and connect a new pipe from the water meter to where the water goes into the house. The 2 person that was sent to the job, one is an apprentice, the other is a very unpleasant guy, no response when I said Hi Good Morning to him. They were not prepared for the job, twice or three times the ârealâ plumber had to go away to buy tools for the job, leaving the apprentice to do the digging. After the digging was finally done, (it took much longer because they did not have the tools to begin with), PEX pipe was used and I could see that the pipe was not laid down smoothly at the bottom of the trench to avoid undue stress on the pipe. The copper pipe part that connects into the house, the copper pipe fitting was not snug, very loose, and I could see that that was not a good fitting at all (maybe they buy the cheap stuff, tolerance around fitting was too large). He solder the pipes, tested, it leaks. He then had to cut it, resulting in a shorter pipe. He solder it again, then connected to the PEX pipe. Because of the shorter piece, the PEX pipe was not laid down at the bottom of the shallow trench, it curves up hanging, to almost the surface. Besides that, even though blue stake was called and all utilities marked their underground cables, pipesâ¦, they managed to cut the internet service cable, and without telling me that. After they left and when I realized I donât have internet service (computer and phone), I tried to reset modem, checked connection, my phones, and called the cable company to find out why I donât have internet service. And finally it dawned on me that they probably cut the cable. When I went out to check, sure enough! This wasted me a total of more than 2 hours and it took 2 more days for the cable company to fix the cable. If they had told me right away that they had cut the cable, I would not have to waste the time, and could have called the cable company right away, and could have been fixed much earlier, instead of not having internet and phone service for 3 days. Iâll not use this company again or recommend it to others. Very poor quality work.
They were very professional, the workers were courteous and did a great job. EZ Flow stayed in contact with me during the whole process and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Came out the same day I called on time and provided excellent service.
I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. (Hope I spelled it right). I recommended him to my son who needs some small job for him.
Scott replaced my leaky hot water heater. He responded quickly and arrived on time. He replaced the hot water heater with the type and for the price we had discussed, and did a terrific job.
