Had an electrical emergency and Dale showed up holiday weekend and was able to get my main electric back on after needing new service and wiring. Dale showed up and was there to make sure I had electric after being there all day and was able to restore heat

Horrible communication and then lies. Wont is trying them again. Not a positive experience. Lack of clear communication as we waited at home most of the day for an 8 am appointment while they responded to an emergency call. Understand that the other was a priority, but no clear communication to us as to a realistic timeline so waited at home all day. At 9:50 we were told someone would be there around 11 AM. Yeah. Then at 11:30, we were told that someone would be there around 1 PM. Then at 2:15, I was told someone would be there around 3 PM. They should have just been honest and said someone may not be able to come at all or not come till 5:30. It was at 5:20 pm when they claimed someone was on the way, and we canceled the job because we had already been waiting over 9 hours and had to check with tenants if the timing was still good (not everyone wants a plumber in their home on a Friday night). We could not get in touch with tenants, so we canceled. Two minutes later we heard back from the tenants so we asked the plumbers to undo the cancellation and send the plumber and she refused. And then they hung up on us while we were waiting in line to reschedule. The rep also misrepresented on another platform that I declined to reschedule and referenced that I previously canceled on them. That previous appointment was over a month ago, a water heater, and was canceled because I had to leave town for a personal emergency (my girlfriend broke her ankle). Todays appointment was unrelated as it was for a non-working boiler, so we are without heat...and we wasted the day waiting for them. That they are trying to use that previous appointment to somehow deflect from how they mistreated us today speaks volumes about this business. No one kept us updated with accurate information, so other than running out for 45 minutes, we were tied to the house all day.

We were without heat on a Saturday, and the company was able to find a new furnace for us in the afternoon and complete the installation that evening. Highly recommend.

Horrible. Customer service is non existent and showed up a day late. Was supposed to hook up new AC as well and left the job unfinished. Disputed the charge with my company and then they came trespassing onto the property to take pictures. Told them they would be arrested if they try it again. They can show up to do that but not to finish the job?! Avoid them. They will not be in business for long!

Do not hire this company. Literally, a nightmare -- about $25,000 down the drain. EZ HVAC designed and installed an HVAC system that does not work and, as it turned out, would never work. The furnace and compressor were oversized and the ductwork (supply and return) was undersized. I learned the hard way when my system began choking for air and would not work. My efforts to get the matter remedied ranged from unresponsive to ugly. Thats not even the whole story (it gets worse), but Im going to leave it at that.

EZ HVAC and Plumbing (Kingston NY) serviced my house in March 2021 to clean out all ducts of small debris and dust. I was assured that they had the best equipment in Hudson Valley. After purchasing my new home I wanted the ducts cleaned and serviced. Well I had my ducts cleaned by EZ HVAC only to find out after they were cleaned that there was still so much debris that it doesnt even look like anyone cleaned the ducts. Did it remove the cobwebs, yes. Did it remove any small debris, sadly no. The owner and I viewed a duct together after their apparent cleaning, at my request, and the amount of small debris was alarming. Also while viewing that duct, the owner saw this object in the camera and he said, Is that a dead mouse and never even bothered to offer to get it out nor mention anything about it again. He finished packing up his supplies and off he went. Why was I getting my ducts cleaned in the first place? For dust, small debris, and anything you might find that should be removed from the ducts especially a dead mouse, or anything that could spark a fire.

Despite a lot of delays both on my part and theirs, the job was done. I am not in position to judge a plumbing job as I know nothing of plumbing, just have been on the receiving end of past disappointments. The job seems sufficient so far...time will tell! I would say the crew was good at doing pipes, but I had a lot of cleanup from some of the details, such as replacing drywall. The first man to work on it didn't use a drop cloth. I think they tried hard, but the worker said he's a plumber, not a carpenter. The Town Inspector came later and had to make one minor correction before turning on the water. On the whole they did a good job, but frankly I don't think I'm qualified to do a rating. The Town Water Supervisor said they did a good job on the pipes, but remarked that he thought I was overcharged on one line that was run to the back of the house to hook up a separate pipe for watering the garden. That had to be paid out of pocket as they said it wasn't written in the contract, which was a Government contract, and that may have been the problem. It was my first time working with a contractor. I hope they would be willing to come back if I ever need a plumber again. There was a problem because I emailed them too many times, Kelli said they were aware of all the problems. The price increased as we went along. I am happy to say that they did the job quickly. Dale said to call if there were any problems. Very glad to say so far so good. The toilet broke afterward, but a friend fixed it for me. The old insides couldn't take the new water pressure, he said. Sorry to make this such a long story, but it's a problem that plagued me for a very long time and now it's over, hopefully! Thanks to all and have a nice holiday. If not for the covid, it might have been less stressful, for sure.

EZ HVAC serviced my gas furnace. During the service, they discovered a leak in a furnace pipe. They told me to reschedule them for follow-up work to fix the leak. They immediately billed me for the service work, which I fully paid. Since the service, I called EZ three times about rescheduling to fix the leak. Each time, EZ told me they would call me back to reschedule. They have never called me back. I contacted another furnace service, who has fixed the leak.
