It was a big job and I was on a tight deadline, flying back to Ireland at 10 PM that night to care for my Mom. Soixante contacted me a few days prior to confirm, arrived right on time, and got straight to work. She actually did most of the job in one day and came back the next to complete it. She worked about 9 hours altogether and even handled extra tasks I hadn’t expected. When she finished, she went the extra step and helped me run some final errands before my flight on the final day. I met with EZ Cleaning to clean an apartment. Living room, kitchen and bathroom. It was a real mess. I was told it would cost $500 to do the job. We agreed on the price and time it would take to get the job done. I was then called at the 5 hr mark that it would cost additional money as she only allocated 5 hrs to do the job. This was never discussed. She did not wash the floors as she was supposed to. The work that was done was good but trying to tack on more money in the end to actually finish the job, not cool.

I needed a three bedroom two bathroom apartment that was made super filthy by its occupants totally cleaned up. Easy Clean worked a miracle with my property! They arrived on time did the job did not take breaks every 15 minutes and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to my own family.

Miss Larue started cleaning my apartment a few years ago and she did a wonderful job. She's very thorough and meticulous. She also takes the initiative on giving suggestions on how to decorate as well. She's an excellent worker who pays attention to detail and I definitely continue to use her in the future.
