"We had a provider with the client of the material wanted but for a higher price. The client was not willing to pay more so he took what he could for the price he was willing to pay. Client job also was not complete only after contacting us, it was on schedule to be completed once the pavers were Ava and he knew this, he just was not okay with the start date. He wanted to start asap, even though upon closing the job client was aware of the long wait time for his pavers. He was not willing to wait for his pavers to be available which is why he choose another option, we did have an additional company with his pavers but for a higher price, the client did not want."

"The real story is the Sprinkler control box was buried because we were told to cap off any and all sprinklers. Saw control box and did the same thing, left it where it was AS WE WERE TOLD TO DO. He wanted us to come out and fix this for him when the issue is we do not reroute or move control boxes , we only work with moving or capping sprinklers. Therefore even if he wanted it moved we couldn?t have done it, period. This is something that needed to be handled before my crew was sent out there to begin paving, not something we work with."
