Took money for on-going service that was not fulfilled and have not responded back to communication from husband and me.

This company is a very professional reliable company! If the need ever arises again for their services, they will be the first I call!! No need to call anyone else :)

Had roof rats, fleas and pill bugs. Initial visit was timely, however, we had problems and they did come out when we wanted them to check traps but then did not hear from them. They ran out of flea spray and then Shawn had kidney infection and was out of town so "dropped the ball" (his words) on contacting us to let us know the status. After a week I called them again and they quickly responded to seal up the attic enclosures. Took them 15 days but they finally finished the job. Quality work but not the best experience.

Don't expect weekend service.

Helped me when I needed to get a dead animal removed. Late on a Friday and a reasonable price.

I feel lucky to have found Shawn and EZ Pest Solutions. He came over the same day and went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. Great work, great attitude! Thank you!

Edited my 3/18 review. Shawn called the following week and explained why he was unable to meet his commitment and came out the next day to put out bait for the silverfish. Bugs and insects gone. Happy client.

Came out at 2am on Saturday morning to retrieve a Snake in my bathroom.

Russell with EZ Pest Solutions got to me with service very quickly because he realized we thought we had termites and I was in a panic. He was most reliable, punctual, and competent. He took the time to explain all of the details of what we needed and was most affordable. We'll be using him again if we have pest problems.
