Very courteous and very thorough with estimate. I have a very complicated situation. Have not decide what to do.

Another update- after seeing the review below, they emailed they are looking at the situation and will contact me about what they could do. Nothing further from them. Well over $700. for only installing the new toilet (I purchased the toilet separately), and another $250. for the tech to correct what the first one screwed up. Avoid these people like the plague. Update to the review below- I have been trying to chase down an issue with water heard running for a few seconds, every hour or two. Determining it was not the washer, or sprinkler, or a leak somewhere, it was located to be the toilet EZ Plumbing installed. I had called them back in to check and found the original technician did not set the water level in the tank properly. He set it right to the top of the tube, and also had not seated the flapper properly, so was allowing water leakage for 4 months. The new tech. installed a new flapper, set the water level correct, and no more toilet running. So I felt I was overcharged ($729.36) to install my toilet I purchased from Lowe the first time, and I paid another $250.+ for the 2nd visit, and though they said they would look int the situation, nothing has been done. Find someone more responsible!! I purchased a **concealed-trap** toilet from a famous home appliance store- and had EZ plumbing install. The tech asked me why I was getting rid of the old one, and told him I was tired of cleaning the convoluted side of it. I left him to install and worked in my office. When he was done, I found out it was not a smooth-side **concealed trap** model- but it was somewhere between the two types. So I am somewhat satisfied, but would have been more so if the tech would have told me what I purchased. Otherwise, the work was fine.

EZ plumbing did the job and were very cooperative.

Cesar got here on time, did a thorough job checking out our water heater, and got it reset and ready to go. He also showed me how to reset it myself in case it ever happened again, and didn’t try to up sell me any unnecessary stuff. Very nice and professional.

I want to follow up with my review further. After the terrible experience with the EZ plumber the night before, I called Mike the manager who was extremely rude and defensive immediately after I pointed out all the issues which occurred with his plumber and the terribly high price they charged to replace a faucet. In addition he also had Michelle from his office call me continue lecturing me and not letting me say one single word in my defense! This is absolutely unbelievable to receive this abuse from a service company. The job to replace a faucet is usually 250.00 on the high end but most of the time it is about 150.00 - they charged me 550.00 and the plumber tried to get more from me - he wanted 750.00 because he knew I was in a dire situation. When I refused to buy a faucet for 600.00 from him and did not accept his fee of 750.00 he came down in price to 550.00 and said this was a major discount. I feel I was taken advantage of! In most instances they would call this elder abuse under duress!

Errol, was clean, efficient and through. He explained what he was going to do in a clear, friendly way. he completed the work in a timely fashion. By far the best vaule. I would hire EZ Plumbing for my next project.
